Delivery & Returns

I offer delivery to the UK mainland using Royal Mail or courier services for very large orders. For any in-stock items, you should expect to receive your item(s) within around 2-4 working days (although this may take longer at busy periods).

Most of my items are made to order, and do take a little longer prior to dispatch. Once I have your sign-off and have completed any printing (as necessary) you can expect to receive your stationery or item(s) in around 2-3 working days. The design and print process usually takes around 1-4 weeks, depending on the size of your order and the amount of customisations.

European & International Orders

For overseas customers I offer a “Design Only” service where I provide print-ready files only for you to send on to the local printer of your choice. I don’t deliver heavy printed goods overseas.

If you would like to purchase something and are based in Europe or Internationally, then you can get in contact with me at deborah@doraanddeb.com and I’ll do my best to help you source local printing. I DO have a print provider in the USA, and can arrange printing for you on request—although the paper options are slightly different.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for either downloadable templates or customised/personalised or bespoke products and invitations unless there is a manufacturing defect. We cut within a tolerance of 1-2mm, and items that are very slightly misaligned do not count as a defect. You also should be aware that colours can vary from batch to batch, and also on different bases, papers or substrates.

However, if you are unhappy with your personalised and printed item, please get in touch with plenty of photos of the item and a description of the problem, and I will see if there is anything I can do. I honestly want you to be happy!

For all other items, I accept returns within 14 days of dispatch providing that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with any labels still attached.

In the event that you wish to return an item, please contact me with your order number to receive a returns authorisation number, and then send the securely packaged product to Deborah at Dora&Deb – Deborah Turner Design, 33 Beeches Avenue, Acocks Green, Birmingham, B27 6LP – UK, with a covering note quoting the returns authorisation number.

Any refunds will be made to the original payment method.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs and, for international orders, any customs duties if applicable.
